To keep incentives aligned, our invoicing is structured around progress and performance, not time spent “on paper.” In most cases:
Payments are invoiced biweekly, or as defined by the project’s progress and milestones
If the project is not moving forward (paused work, no active progress), management billing pauses accordingly
This ensures a mutual goal: advance the project efficiently and complete it successfully
