    • Initial Budgeting Parameters

    • Timelines and Expectations

    • Next Steps

  • VDEV Project Developer visits your home to:

    • Visualize the scope of work.

    • Identify potential unforeseen conditions.

    • VDEV agrees to provide comprehensive bid on owner provided plans.

    • Discuss finish selections and respective price implications.

    • Procurement of complete permit set.

    • Depending on the municipality, permits are usually obtained 2-5 months from the initial submittal.

    • Permit fees are paid by VDEV and reimbursed by homeowner.

  • Final details are discussed and agreed upon such as

    • Final Contract Price

    • Start Date & Expected Completion Date

    • Pre-Construction and Project Lifecycle Logistics

  • Throughout the lifecycle of the project:

    • Bi-weekly meetings held to discuss project details with Designers and Architects as needed.

    • Schedule and jobsite progress is monitored through Buildertrend.
